SWIM LEVELS
All workouts are designed for athletes who want to do triathlons or just imrpove their swimming
Beginner: able to swim at least 1km
Advanced: able to swim at least 2.5km
Pro: able to swim at least 3.5km
TRAINING PHASES
Phase 1: General Prep/Endurance building; Build efficient technique and aerobic base so swimming feels easier and more sustainable.
Phase 2: Loading phase (Threshold & Power); Increase intensity and race-specific work to develop speed, strength, and fatigue resistance.
Phase 3: Peak Performance/Competition Prep; Taper to arrive fresh and race-ready, then recover and reset for the next training cycle.
